golden hour

A collection that serves as a meditation on life changing events — and finding golden light amongst the waves. As a Greek philosopher said, “No one steps into the same river twice, for it’s not the same river and you are not the same person.”

start where you are

This collection is a call to “start where you are,” in the words of Pema Chödrön. These works are a meditation on fear and compassion, which “involves learning to relax and allow ourselves to move gently toward what scares us.”

tiny beautiful things

Through layers and expressive marks, this collection explores the vastness of our human experience — under cotton candy skies.

interior landscapes

This collection of works on paper are dips into the landscapes of the subconscious, titled after Helen Frankenthaler’s 1964 work: Interior Landscape.  In our modern world, these works serve as a reminder of the beauty of disappearing into yourself, of accessing what lies beneath the surface – of the world beyond the surface.

taos

Inspired by a desert trip, these works reflect the shifting light and colors of the desert, a metaphor for the ever-shifting nature of ourselves.

Like the light in the desert, we are always changing.
